A great choice for customer's with limited internal resources or IT personnel that need rapid response. Combine Silver support with our collocation services or leased dedicated servers for a more complete hosting solution.
Support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. • 30 minute response time during normal business hours • 1 hour response time outside business hours
Included at no additional cost, Bronze support is intended for customers that need access to our support team for basic services. This would include remote device reboots, basic hardware diagnostics, software media placement assistance (i.e. Flash drives, CDs, other external devices), and on-site escort for customer representatives and service representatives requiring physical access to equipment. A good fit for customers with internal or other outsourced IT resources.
1 hour response time during business hours (8am - 6pm CDT M-F)
